Pizza Bagels

This week you student made Pizza Bagels.
Ingredients:

Plain Bagels
Pepperoni
Pizza Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions:
  1. Cut 1/2 bagel place on a plate
  2. Spread pizza sauce on the top of the bagel
  3. Sprinkling a tablespoon of cheese on the pizza sauce
  4.  Put 2 pepperoni (If wanted)
  5. Toast in a toasted oven till the cheese is melted
Class responses:
The younger kids though it was good. Some of them thought it needed some salt, some more flavor and one said "a good Italian food".

Fries

This week you student made fries from scratch.
Ingredients:

Idaho Potato russet
Canola Oil (Healthy choice peanut oil)
Kosher Salt

Instructions:
  1. Wash the potato
  2. Peel and cut the potato into french fries pieces
  3. Soak raw potato in hot tap water for 10 minutes and pat dry
  4. Fry the potato (per the instructions of the fryer used) 
  5. Eat and enjoy
Class responses:
A student from Mrs. L's class said that they were good. He think that they were fryed for the right amount of time. Since of how fresh they were he thinks that they were as good as In N Out's fresh cut fries. Mrs. Dona started that they were the best fries shes ever had.
